Indoor Sand Boot Camp

Have you ever watched a match of professional beach volleyball?  If you have, one thing should strike you immediately.....the players are in incredible shape! 

The hard bodies seen on these beach volleyball players are not by coincidence.  Moving in sand is extremely demanding.  Every move requires integrity of all muscles. The mid-section needs to be engaged at all times to keep the body stable while moving on such unpredictable surface.  The legs and hips must produce more force to overcome sinking in the sand.  Lastly, the shoulders must  be powerful to help create momentum and balance. 

As a personal trainer, I have worked with a number of professional beach volleyball players.  I was amazed by how their athletic performance, body composition, and joint health were improved by strategically training in the sand.  Therefore, I decided to create a training boot camp that can be beneficial to anyone.  If you are a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to tone, training in the sand would be a great addition to your exercise program.

Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: The 6 week program must be prepaid. $140 per person for the 6 week program (discount will be given to those working with HP personal trainer)
