Indoor Boot Camp
Our indoor boot camp is an ideal fitness solution for anyone who is looking to drop few pounds or improve endurance for a sport. The indoor boot camp is based on athletic training used by a athletes across many sports. Below are some videos illustrating some conditioning exercises that will be used in the program.
Format
Integrative warm up: Controlled movements using body weight with an aim to warm up and increase flexibility.
Mid section: Exercises emphasizing all ranges of motion of the torso and the integration of torso with limb movement.
Strength: General exercises strengthening the legs and upper body using body weight, elastics bands, and body weight.
Conditioning (main event): Exercises in circuit format aimed to get the heart rate elevated using body weight, elastic bands, cones, hurdles, and ladders.

Time
The class will be marked OPEN if space is available. If the class is marked CLOSED the class has been filled to maximum capacity.
Cost
$18 if purchased via paypal before Thu 9 pm, $20 if Purchased after that date.
