Healthy Progress Training has put together a plan that will help you loose those pounds accumulated over the long winter. Loosing fat and toning requires a combination of resistance and cardio vascular training. The most effective method this can be achieved is through circuit training. Healthy Progress Training has devised a system of circuits that efficiently merges the benefits of resistance and cardio training.
Each workout will began with 3-4 mid section exercises that will be performed at slow and controlled pace. You will than perform 3-4 exercises in a circuit set. Each exercise will be performed one after another with no rest (you will be gasping for air at the end of set). We will repeat each circuit 2-3 times and perform 2-3 sets of circuits per routine. The series will include 4 unique routines.
